SHIPPING POLICY

Aurivelle currently ships only within India.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation. We prioritize prompt processing and meticulous inspection before each demi-fine jewellery parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping is free on orders above the minimum purchase amount as displayed on the homepage top banner and cart drawer.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard nominal courier fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners or their authorised courier partners. Tracking details (including AWB tracking link and courier name) are shared via email and SMS wherever supported by the shipping partner as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and delivery pincodes at Aurivelle’s discretion. Availability may depend on order value, delivery location, and past order history.

Orders returned due to customer refusal, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or non-availability after repeated delivery attempts may be treated as RTO (Return to Origin). Please ensure accurate contact and address details when placing your order.
